Concrete That Never Fully Dries Out

Monterey slabs almost never dry all the way out, and that single fact drives every decision on a job here. The fog rolls in most mornings, relative humidity sits high through the afternoon, and a garage a few blocks off Del Monte Avenue holds moisture in the concrete year round in a way an inland slab simply does not. Salt Air, Pour Day, and the Fog Cure

Salt is the second coastal factor.
